1½ dl okokt ris<br />
1 lök, hackad<br />
½ paket bacon<br />
Lite mozzarellaost</p>
<p>Skär av &#8221;locket&#8221; på tomaterna och gröp ur dom väl så att du bara har en skål kvar. Spara locken!<br />
Koka riset och stek baconet i små bitar. Mjuka upp löken i en kastrull i lite olja. När löken mjuknat lite så häll ner riset i kastrullen och bryn allt i några minuter.<br />
Därefter fyller du tomaterna med riset, löken, baconet och några små bitar mozzarella.<br />
På med tomatlocken och sätt in i ugn i smord form. 20-25 minuter i 225 grader. Tomaterna är godast om dom får mjukna och blir något svedda i skalet.</p>
